Affordable Housing Trust

The Trustees of the Melrose Affordable Housing Trust Fund administer and Affordable Housing Trust Fund created to provide for and preserve of affordable housing options within the City of Melrose to promote greater diversity and racial equity in the community and for the benefit of low-to moderate-income households in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 44, § 55C.  The Melrose Affordable Housing Trust Fund has a five person Board of Trustees appointed by the Mayor.  For additional information please see the Administrative Code of Melrose (§A-222)
