Library Trustees

The Library Board of Trustees is a six-member volunteer board of local residents, appointed by the Mayor for three-year terms. Working closely with the Director, the Board sets policy for the library; administers funds appropriated by the City and such bequests as designated; approves the library’s strategic plan; and advocates for the library in the community. Trustees welcome the assistance of Friends and provide official sanction for their projects.
