MelroseKind has launched its May Kindness Porch Drive for NEW Pajamas in support of The Foster Box, a Melrose non-profit organization that supports foster families by providing and delivering clothing and other necessities. Event: MBS Community Dinner

Event: Dine Out Fundraiser by Friends of Melrose Drama

Description: Friends of Melrose Drama’s 2023-2024 season closed with two fantastic shows: the MHS Spring Musical Sweeney Todd and the Fest Play Squirrel Girl Goes to College by the MVMMS. Event: Clothing Closet & Community Breakfast

Event: Melrose City-Wide Yard Sale Returns May 18
Date: May 18
Time: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Location: City-wide (a map will be available in select physical locations and online)
Description: Melrose's beloved tradition, the City-Wide Yard Sale, is back in action on May 18, when residents across the city open their yards to sell a variety of treasures and wares. For smooth yard sale navigating, City-Wide Yard Sale sponsors Lend and Mend and Zero Waste Melrose will provide printed copies (as well as online access) to a map of yard sale locations. Event: "Almost Carnegie Hall" High School Senior Soloist Competition

Event: Broken Leg Production’s Dine Out Fundraiser for Student Scholarships

Description: To fund its student summer scholarships, Broken Leg Productions is hosting a dine-out fundraiser at Santa Fe Burrito Grill.
